Chances are your leg days are not intense and intentional enough.

On leg days, you have to become a different beast 🦍

It requires you to push yourself mentally more than any other day. Because your legs are a big muscle group so when they get tired and the burn sets in, it’s easy to quit because you are hurting. But that hurt (not to be confused with an injury type of pain lol) is what forces your legs to adapt and grow.

Learn to invite the pain…that’s where the real leg day fun begins.
