🫡Honestly, the formula is quite simple. The dedication, consistency, and discipline however, is where most fail. You have to be willing to be patient and focus on aligning your daily choices with the thing you want the most. Ask yourself, “is this choice aligned with what I want right now AND what I want most later?” Discipline is about prioritizing what you want most over what you want in the moment. Just like a muscle, it requires you to put the reps in until being discipline becomes easy.
