Where focus goes, energy flows.

It’s no secret that achieving your goals requires focus.
It’s also obvious that you should get clear on your goals or desired outcomes.
However, I would argue that it’s even more important to get even clearer on what FEELING you’re desiring.

Underneath every goal is the belief that by doing, being, or having it, you will feel better than what you currently feel right now. So what is it that feeling?

Is it more joy? Freedom? Confidence? Vitality? Fulfillment?

I always like to create “feeling” based goals with my 1:1 clients because it’s possible to feel those desired feelings DURING the process of achieving your goals, not just AFTER you’ve achieved them.
