There’s a bit of a misconception around what it takes to BUILD MUSCLE.

If you just go in the gym and kill yourself in workout after workout, with no real progression or structure to what you’re doing. You body is going to respond in that way. Feeling lost.

In order to build muscle, you need to load the muscle. Therefore add resistance and a stimulus which is going to challenge it.

Please understand, that a well structured program based around ‘Functional Training’ shouldn’t just designed to put you in the 🗑️ in every block, it should he designed to achieve a plethora of goals which are typically, to get stronger, get fitter, and look good.

Therefore as there a number of goals at hand, there should be a number of different training intensities and stimuli you are looking to achieve through that week.

My advice to you, don’t believe everything you see on insta. If someone is in good shape, and has some decent muscle density. They achieved it through resistance training, not just throwing themselves around a gym.
