Who can relate? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Body dysmorphia is real especially after you’ve dieted down for an extended period of time and lost a lot of weight.

The leanness becomes your new norm in your mind and it can be hard to cope with additional body fat at this point.

I’ve been there before, I’ve been depressed about it tbh after my first few competitions, and it’s not something I wish upon anyone.

It can really affect you physically and mentally.

But if you want a great physique, to improve your confidence, and be stronger than you have ever been before you NEED to bulk.

Thankfully, there’s something called lean bulking.

Lean bulking is when your caloric surplus is more moderate, increases in calories are more calculated, and you eat cleaner overall.

This keeps your hormones balanced ✅
This optimized your performance ✅
This puts less stress on your body ✅
& you’ll look much leaner ✅

Love handles don’t need to be a major concern when packing on muscle tissue if you have the right approach.
